Casper Home Occupation Permit

Casper's Zoning Ordinance permits home occupations as accessory uses in residential districts subject to conditions. The business must be clearly secondary to the residential use, must not employ non-residents working on the premises, and must not generate exterior evidence of commercial activity. A Home Occupation Permit must be obtained from the Planning and Development Division before operating.
