MS Corporate Income Tax
Mississippi is phasing out its corporate income tax under legislation enacted in 2022. The rate dropped to 4% in 2025 and is scheduled to reach 0% by 2029. C corporations currently file Form 83-105 with the Department of Revenue during the phase-out period.
