MN Paid Leave Program
Minnesota Paid Leave provides eligible employees up to 12 weeks of paid family leave and 12 weeks of paid medical leave per year, with up to 20 combined weeks in some circumstances. The program launches January 1, 2026, and is funded through employer and employee payroll contributions.
