FL LLC Formation Requirements
Florida LLCs are formed by filing Articles of Organization with the Division of Corporations and paying a $125 fee. All LLCs must designate a registered agent with a Florida address and file an Annual Report each year between January 1 and May 1 to maintain good standing.
