Title VII — Anti-Discrimination
Title VII of the Civil Rights Act prohibits employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. Applies to employers with 15 or more employees. Covers hiring, firing, pay, promotions, and working conditions. File charges with EEOC within 180–300 days of the discriminatory act.
