Form I-9 — Employment Eligibility Verification

Employers must verify the identity and work authorization of all employees using Form I-9. Complete within 3 business days of hire. Retain for 3 years from hire date or 1 year after termination, whichever is later. E-Verify participation is mandatory for federal contractors.
