AR Unemployment Insurance Employer Registration
Arkansas employers who pay $1,500 or more in wages in any quarter or employ one or more workers in 20 weeks of a year must register with the Division of Workforce Services for unemployment insurance. New employers pay a standard 3.1% UI tax rate on the first $10,000 of each employee wages.
